G-Force (Sunday School)

The name ‘G-force’ reminds us that the children and young people of Carrickfergus Methodist Sunday School aim to be a force for God in this church and among our friends and families. Whilst the name may remind you of that natural force which keeps our feet on the ground and stops us floating about aimlessly (Gravity), we believe that our ‘G-force’ is even greater than that - it is the power of God that gives real purpose to lives and stops us wandering about aimlessly. So ‘G-force’ reminds us that we meet on Sunday morning to learn what God can do in our lives and also what we can do for God.

Useful Information

• Our aim is give children and young people an understanding of the good news of Jesus Christ through stories, activities, craft, praise, quizzes, etc.

• We meet on Sunday mornings from 10:00am for about 45 minutes.

• Our year starts on the 2nd Sunday in September and continues until the last Sunday in May (with Christmas/New Year and Easter breaks).

• All children and young people from 3 years old to young teens are very welcome.
